Soullooms is publicly available with reviewed works and digital editions. YuQin Shan operates the service under the RuiDao Digital brand. Payment and sales availability are shown at checkout and may be limited by provider or jurisdiction.

YuQin Shan provides interactive studies of Chinese art and may offer digital editions with an identified licence. Product pages describe the edition, price, currency, and delivery conditions that apply to each order.

An order is accepted only after the payment provider confirms payment and Soullooms records fulfilment. We may reject or cancel an order affected by pricing error, fraud, sanctions, technical failure, or unavailable rights, with any captured payment returned as required.

A purchase grants the personal or expressly stated licence shown on the product page. Copyright and all rights not expressly granted remain with their respective owner. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, scrape, or use the files to train a model unless the product licence expressly permits it.

Digital access is tied to the purchasing email and entitlement record. Links may expire and may be reissued after verification. Attempts to bypass access controls, share protected links, or interfere with the service may result in suspension.

Advertising may appear on selected public content pages, including puzzle pages, collection pages, and journal articles, and is labelled as advertising. Advertisements are separate from puzzle controls, scores, rewards, and product decisions, and do not appear during checkout or payment. You must not click or interact with an advertisement for the purpose of generating compensation or invalid activity.

Digital purchases are governed by the Refund Policy. Refunds are reviewed individually and are not an unconditional self-service right after access has been issued or used, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, Soullooms is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to YuQin Shan and the transaction, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Any dispute will be handled through the courts or other dispute process available under those applicable laws.
